This letter concerns a former Deputy California State Attorney General, William Gary Kurtz. As a result of running a website that provides information concerning this attorney I received that attached letter from Erika Brotman regarding Mr. Kurtz.

I attempt to verify this information however Rabbi Cohn told me he was afraid that if he verified it Mr. Kurtz would file a defamation of character lawsuit against him that would cost him time and money.

If these allegations are correct Mr. Kurtz is in violation of PENAL CODE SECTION 261-269 (1) Where a person is incapable, because of a mental disorder or developmental or physical disability, of giving legal consent, and this is known or reasonably should be known to the person committing the act” and is guilty of a felony. There is more to this case than an attorney seducing his client.

An investigator from the State’s Attorney General’s Office will have a far better chance of gathering information on the alleged crime.
